Christina Toth is an actress and writer best known for her work as Annalisa Damiva in the Netflix series Orange Is The New Black. Other TV credits include HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, Discovery’s A Crime to Remember, Prime’s Bumbld and Revry’s STRUT, for which Christina was in consideration for a Primetime Emmy award.

Christina was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and was introduced to the stage by French-Canadian actress Rita Lafontaine, who soon became a mentor. Christina moved to New York City in 2010 to study at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre and graduated from their 2 years Meisner conservatory program in 2012.

Some of Christina’s stage work include David Bowie’s LAZARUS directed by Ivo van Hove at the New York Theatre Workshop, Candlelight by John Patrick Shanley, at The New Ohio, where she originated the role of Mabel, (A)Loft Modulation - a play with jazz, directed by Christopher McElroen and produced by the american vicarious at A.R.T. Theatres, The Woolgatherer directed by Chazz Palminteri at the LaTea Theatre.

Christina Toth is the resident artist of theatre company The Bridge Production Group, where she actively participates in the curation of the company’s artistic seasons. She performed in their productions of Richard 3, Red Light Winter, The Blue Room, in the New York premieres of SEE YOU, a play by French Canadian playwright Guillaume Corbeil, and George Kaplan, by French playwright Frederick Sontag.
